How can OMNIYAT sell some of the world’s most unique ultra-luxury residences with an experience that feels just as considered?

By creating a personalised Digital Sales Twin that lets agents curate the right units, bring every detail to life and guide buyers from interest to viewing through one seamless link.

Revelation

OMNIYAT was selling some of the world’s most unique ultra-luxury residences using the same sales tools as a mid-market developer.

OMNIYAT creates ultra-luxury residences where every home has its own character. A different floor, view, layout, finish or direction of light can completely change the experience and value of a unit.

That level of detail was difficult to bring to life through brochures and presentations.

Sales team challenge
Sales agents had to gather information from Excel sheets, Dropbox folders and different sales files. When prices, payment plans or availability changed, they had to find the latest version and rebuild the recommendation manually.

Buyer’s challenge
Many buyers were based outside Dubai and could not experience the property in person. They needed to understand the exact unit, compare suitable options, explore the finishes and materials, see what surrounded the property and feel confident in OMNIYAT before committing to a meeting.

Provocation

What if sales agents could build a complete, tailored property experience that brought every detail of the right residence to life?

Idea

A personalised, web-based sales experience built around each buyer and the residences selected for them.

Sales agents could choose the most relevant units and generate a unique link containing everything the buyer needed in one place: live availability, prices, payment plans, layouts, views, finishes, amenities, nearby landmarks and the story behind OMNIYAT.

Buyers could explore and compare their options from anywhere, share details with advisors and book a viewing or presentation directly through the experience.

Instead of sending the same brochure to everyone, OMNIYAT could create a living digital version of every sales opportunity.

Impact

In beta testing, the digital sales tool has already aided the team in turning a fragmented sales process into one seamless, personalised path from interest to viewing.

Sales agents could build personalised recommendations faster, keep information current and bring each unit’s unique value to life without searching through multiple files. Buyers could explore, compare and understand the right options from anywhere in the world, then book a presentation or viewing directly.

For OMNIYAT, it created a more consistent and credible way to sell directly, while giving the business clearer insight into what each buyer viewed, valued and acted on.
